Moving at the Speed of Sight

Seamless Integration.

Designed by an ambulatory surgery manager with over 30 years of hands-on experience designing and managing ophthalmic surgery centers, iASC has been named Official EMR of the OOSS.

“We have successfully used iMedicWare for over 3 years and found it to be user friendly for surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff. The transition from paper to iMedicWare was surprisingly simple.”Richard J. Mackool, M.D., The Mackool Eye Institute, LLC

i ASC

iASC is easy for users to learn and utilize because it looks and feels like the familiar surgical record. It has been designed to meet professional, state, and federal guidelines for a surgical center EMR.

iASC is easy to implement, is highly customizable, and enables physicians to sign out their entire chart in just one click. Administrators find the real-time auditing feature invaluable and the staff can be assured that all charts will meet the stringent standards of both TJC and AAAHC.

Adaptive Templates

iASC allows the customization of consent forms, patient questionnaires, physician profiles and post-operative orders. Physicians and anesthesiologists can have tailored templates that auto-populate their surgical preferences per procedure. Templates can be easily personalized for individual patients as required.

Integrated Pre-Op and Post-Op Patient Care

iASC allows you to create a care plan customized to each patient’s needs. Your entire staff can then follow a single care plan. Post-surgery patient’s post-operative notes, surgical super bill, and iASC Link details sync back into iMedicWare. iASC tracks patients though each step of the process, synchronizing your staff’s efforts and greatly improving patient care.

Real-time Audit

iASC audits all charts in real-time, assuring the nursing administrator that the chart has been appropriately completed. The system makes sure that surgeons’, nurses’, and anesthetists’ chart notes have been entered and signed; any inconsistencies and inaccuracies are highlighted so that they can be quickly corrected, saving countless hours of tedious chart reviews.

“I use both iMedicWare's EMR and Surgery Center software. I love how all the patient information is shared between both systems and how iASC audits everything required for surgery automatically in real-time. Managing pre-op and post-op procedures has never been easier.” Sydney L. Tyson, M.D., M.P.H., Eye Associates; SurgiCenter of Vineland

i ASCLink

iASCLink synchronizes practices and ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) for instant access to a patient's pertinent medical information, physician surgery profiles, and surgical patient scheduling at the practice or ASC.

iASCLink also enables surgery centers to allow outside practices to maintain electronic booking sheets for surgery, even if those practices are using a different EMR or are still on paper. Affiliated practices can maintain and consolidate the necessary documents, consents, medical history, patient demographics, and insurance details in one convenient dashboard. Using iASCLink, the practice and the surgery center can audit the chart with a quick glance and sync all their data to iASC.

Industry First

iASCLink is the industry’s first open platform booking sheet manager, where all pertinent surgical information can be exchanged and synced between practices and ambulatory surgery centers.

Automatic Booking Sheet Management

iASCLink enables the surgical coordinators to ensure that all the vital surgical forms, documents, and clinical data is submitted before clearance is given.

Using iASCLink, surgery centers can maximize their efficiency by designating specific operating rooms, dates, and times for each practice using their facility.

Keep Practices and Surgery Centers Synchronized

With a quick glance at the iASCLink dashboard, surgical coordinators know the status of each of the specific documents required for their procedures. Using HL7 and iMedicWare’s unique proprietary technology, iASCLink enables any practice to interface with their surgery center, regardless of the system currently being used at the practice.
